La Neeno's Kindergarten and Day Care Noida's Finest

"WORST PRE-SCHOOL! (with fake positive reviews) We had finalized this place after visiting a lot of preschools in the area...things we considered was a good play area and overall spacious school with not too many kids and apparently decent teachers (which was not true and we realised later) Therefore, we thought that our daughter will have a great learning experience here as she was also very excited when we visited this place for the first time with her. But we were SO wrong! I had a long discussion with Harsha (Center head) when we got the admission done and clearly told her my observation about my daughter so she could incorporate the same and make our daughter feel welcome and excited about this HUGE milestone. I clearly told Varsha that I understand that they cannot give individual and personalised attention to each kid but at least help our daughter get used to this environment initially for a few days so that she gets used to it and can blend in. I told them that my daughter is a bit of an introvert but she is VERY excited about their playarea so pls let her enjoy there for some time and don't take her to the class right away. It's called a "Playschool" for a reason and not a factory where you start building robots out of little humans from day 1, who are just starting their journey. But sadly, all my requests were overlooked from the get go! Thanks to CCTV access, we were able to see everything that was going on in the school. They are all nice and friendly when they want to take the admission but once it is done, it is all business thereafter. On day 1, I noticed that my daughter was made to sit on the last bench and was given a paper and a crayon and THAT'S IT! She was made to sit there for almost 2 hours like that. When she wanted to get up and move, she was scolded. We could see it on CCTV, that our daughter was evidently bored and scared at the same time. Then came lunch time and her lunch box was kept in front of her and our 3 year old daughter could not understand what to do as we fed her at home ourselves (I had told this to Harsha that she would need to be fed and given water in between bites). The teacher in the class finally noticed it and thankfully started feeding her. I was SO MAD that at one point I thought I would go to school and give them a good dose but then I resisted it, thinking probably this is how it is since it is her first day and I should not overreact. I gave this feedback to Harsha the next day and she told me that this a normal process and every kid takes some time to onboard and we just need to have faith in them. I trusted her and kept on taking my daughter to the school thinking that things will improve but sadly the same thing kept on happening. To a point, that my daughter, who was all excited to go to school initially and was doing so well, got really scared and would cry like anything even by hearing the name School. :( There was a day, when she was made to sit on an isolated section of a classroom with another kid and a caretaker who had a small child in her arms. She was again given a puzzle board which had most of the pieces missing but still my daughter tried to play with it to keep herself engaged but obviously she was finally bored and wanted to move to the other section where most of the kids were sitting but she was again made to sit in isolation for hours. Her water bottle was there and my daughter visibly requested the caretaker to open it so she could drink water but the caretaker just kept staring at my daughter and didn't do anything. THAT WAS IT!! That day I decided that I would not be taking my daughter to this "school" anymore, even though we had paid upfront (around 20k). My daughter had a horrible experience and they ruined it for her in a WEEK! To my surprise, they weren't even bothered for more than a couple of weeks that my daughter is not going to the school (obviously cause they had our money). They msgd a month later but we had made up our mind by then. PLS AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR CHILD!"
